3blokki home C

The realization of the 3blokki home C standard building on a beautiful piece of land near Jihlava meant pleasant work for us in our region. The project was to construct a recreational building with elements that meet the requirements for permanent living. The land is on the outskirts of the village and the conditions of the zoning plan would not even allow for a recreational facility.
The house has a 4-room layout, with a living area of 79.1 m² and a footprint of 100 m². The main client's change was to move a large fixed window from the middle of the short side of the facade to the left, allowing for a view of the landscape. The resulting floor plan is visible in the attached photo gallery. The investor has a sense of aesthetics, and it is evident in the construction. The window frames in a volcanic gray color go well with the bleached oak flooring. The bathroom walls are covered in a delicate cream color that matches the interior doors. The facade is clad with pressure-treated spruce boards.
