2.5blokki home B

Introducing a house with an energy efficiency rating of B (according to CZ labelling), built using two and a half shipping containers - the 2.5blokki home B. This project was commissioned by an already known client by us who wanted another our building for investment purposes. Both houses were designed for smaller plots, but were able to efficiently maximize the available space.
This particular house had 64.4 m² of living space, featuring 3 bedrooms. The client requested only a few adjustments, such as a larger tech room and a change in the placement of the entrance doors (as shown in the layout at the end of the gallery). The interior is bright and airy, thanks to the numerous large windows. We also added built-in laths for curtains, in accordance with the client's wishes. The outdoor terrace was crafted by the client themselves.
