At the end of 2022, clients approached us with a request for the realization of a small living space in the garden of their rural property, which they have been gradually renovating. Since the renovation work is being done slowly, they were looking for a space where they could move in soon.
From our typified models, they chose the 2blokki home C construction and ordered a turnkey solution from us. From the creation of the project documentation, obtaining building permits, construction of foundations and connections, to the actual construction of the house. The original plan was to place the construction as an auxiliary building in the garden. However, this solution was not approved by the building authority due to the small difference in size between the auxiliary building and the original structure. Therefore, we modified the project so that Blokki became an extension. This solution was approved by the building authority. The extension includes a living area of 53 m² (living room with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and an entrance hall) and a shelter connecting Blokki to the main building. From the signing of the contract to the handover of the house to the clients, 6 months have passed. The successful collaboration is reflected in the satisfaction of the customers, as shown in the review below.
